Common Questions

Do you handle the permits for oversized loads?

Yes. If the load is over-dimensional we handle the permit applications, route planning and pilot or escort vehicles. You don’t need to deal with the road authorities — that’s our job.

How far out do you travel?

We run regularly from Brisbane through central and western Queensland — Rockhampton, Emerald, Longreach, Winton, Quilpie, Windorah, Birdsville and beyond — and across into the Northern Territory. If it’s remote, ask us. It’s usually a road we already know.

Is my equipment insured while it’s on your truck?

Yes. We carry comprehensive insurance covering the loads we transport. If you’d like the specifics of our cover for a particular job, ask when you request your quote and we’ll send it through.

Can I find out where my load is?

Every truck is GPS tracked. Call the office and we’ll tell you where your load is and when it’s expected to land.

What if the pickup site has difficult access?

Tell us on the quote form — there’s a section for site details and access issues. Soft ground, tight turns, low branches, overhead lines, weight-limited bridges: the more we know up front, the fewer surprises on the day.

How quickly can you get a truck out?

It depends on the load and where it’s going. Standard machinery moves within our regular running areas can often be scheduled quickly; over-dimensional work needs permit lead time. Send the details through and we’ll tell you honestly.

Got a Load That Needs Moving?

Send us the details and we'll come back with a price. Oversized, overweight, or a long way from anywhere — that's our everyday.
